We’re looking for a competitive Inside Sales Agent who loves prospecting, building relationships, and hitting goals. Your mission is to build your own pool of real estate investors and grow our company’s network of qualified buyers. You’ll prospect new investors through outbound calling, learn exactly what and where they want to buy, and develop long-term relationships with them.

As we acquire new off-market properties, you’ll be responsible for matching active deals with the investors you’ve built relationships with, generating interest, and getting our opportunities in front of the right buyers. The stronger your investor network becomes, the more opportunities you’ll have to produce results. This is a base plus COMMISSIONS role.

This is not a customer service position — it’s a proactive sales role for someone who is hungry, competitive, confident on the phone, persistent with follow-up, and motivated by measurable results. Base pay PLUS commission for monthly performance AND deals closed!

• Market Active Deals & Earn Commission – Proactively market active deals to the qualified investors you’ve built relationships with, match opportunities to their buying criteria, and generate interest in available properties. This is where you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission — the stronger your investor network and the more buyers you bring to our deals, the greater your earning potential.

• Prospect New Investors – Make high-volume outbound calls to identify real estate investors interested in purchasing off-market properties.

• Build & Qualify Your Buyers List – Consistently add new investors to our CRM while identifying their buying criteria, including preferred locations, property types, price ranges, and investment strategies.

• Build & Maintain Relationships – Follow up consistently with investors, build trust, and keep buyers engaged with our company and upcoming opportunities.

• Hit Sales & Prospecting KPIs – Meet weekly and monthly goals for outbound calls, investor conversations, qualified buyers added, completed NDAs, and buyer engagement.

• Strong Sales & Communication Skills – Confident, energetic English speaker who can build rapport quickly, lead conversations, handle objections, and communicate professionally with U.S.-based investors.

• Proven Outbound Prospecting Experience – Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, or another high-volume outbound sales environment.

• Competitive & Results-Driven – Self-motivated, persistent, comfortable with rejection, and excited by KPIs, goals, bonuses, and being held accountable for results.

• Fluent English – Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate confidently and naturally with U.S.-based investors.
