What you’ll do:

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents; set attainable goals and metrics
• Analyze sales data and develop performance plans
• Improve scripts and oversee competitor/market research

What you bring (must-haves):

• Proven sales track record as individual contributor; 1+ year manager/team lead preferred
• Strong CRM and people-management skills
• Active Texas real estate license

• Experience scaling real estate teams
