• Manage all transaction coordination and paperwork from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines, documents, and communications are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee daily business operations by maintaining systems, processes, vendors, office supplies, and administrative functions that keep the company running efficiently.
• Coordinate company events and team initiatives, including client appreciation events, networking functions, meetings, and internal team activities.
• Manage social media and marketing support, including scheduling content, coordinating campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across platforms.
• Provide operational support to leadership by tracking projects, solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring key priorities are executed without oversight.
