We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop a commercial real estate business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity provides access to a productive real estate environment where strong residential relationships and an established agent network can help create introductions and exposure to commercial clients and properties.

You will focus on creating new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct conversations with investors, property owners, and business owners. As you gain experience, you will learn how to recognize potential opportunities, build professional relationships, maintain consistent follow-up, and develop a growing pipeline of commercial business.

You will gain exposure to different commercial property categories while learning the fundamentals of evaluating income, expenses, market conditions, property performance, and investment potential. Practical experience will help you better understand how commercial opportunities are evaluated and how clients make decisions based on their investment and business objectives.

Working alongside experienced commercial real estate professionals, you will become familiar with the transaction process from initial client conversations and property analysis through negotiations, due diligence, and closing. Coaching and mentorship will provide additional guidance as you strengthen your market knowledge and develop greater confidence working with commercial clients.
