We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop specialized experience in commercial real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone interested in working with investors, property owners, business owners, landlords, and tenants while building the skills needed to create a productive commercial real estate business.

You will learn how commercial opportunities are created through prospecting, networking, referrals, and consistent relationship development. Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will gain practical exposure to identifying potential clients, evaluating opportunities, discussing property objectives, and maintaining a pipeline of commercial business.

As you develop your knowledge, you will become familiar with different commercial property types and the fundamentals used to evaluate them. You will gain exposure to property income, operating expenses, market conditions, investment potential, leasing considerations, and other factors that influence commercial real estate decisions.

Coaching and practical experience will help you strengthen your client communication, negotiation, follow-up, and business development skills. You will also learn how commercial transactions progress through property evaluation, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and closing.

Responsibilities

Commercial Lead Generation
Commercial lead follow-up
CRM and database mastery
Follow the plan
Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals

Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations

Qualifications

A real estate license is required
Sales experience
Must live within daily driving distance of the office
Must have working rights in the USA

Self motivated and self sufficient
Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising

Compensation

$165,000 at plan commissions
