Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities

Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service
Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

Qualifications

Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales
Must have or be in pursuit of a real estate license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000/year
