What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Buyer's Agent, you'll guide homebuyers through every stage of the purchasing process while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet with qualified buyers to understand their goals
  • Schedule and conduct home showings
  • Educate clients throughout the home-buying process
  • Prepare and negotiate purchase offers
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and transaction coordinators
  • Maintain regular communication with clients from consultation through closing
  • Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
