You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home buying process. • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close

• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
