We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful buyer business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, touring properties, developing relationships, and helping clients confidently navigate the home buying process.

You will connect with prospective buyers, identify their needs, schedule property tours, show homes, and maintain consistent follow-up throughout their search. You will learn how to turn initial conversations into committed client relationships while creating a positive experience from the first meeting through closing.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will strengthen your skills in buyer consultations, property searches, negotiations, contracts, client communication, and transaction management. Coaching and proven systems will help you become more effective at converting opportunities and building a consistent pipeline.

Responsibilities

Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home

Qualifications

Real estate license required in order to work with clients

Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation

$160,000+ at plan commissions
