• Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing

• Understand buyer goals and guide clients through property searches, financing considerations, and purchase decisions

• Conduct property showings and buyer consultations based on client needs

• Manage communication, follow-up, and lead activity using CRM systems and proven sales processes

• Convert buyer appointments into active clients and closed transactions through strong relationship-building and negotiation

• Negotiate offers and contracts while advocating for clients’ goals

• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business

• Host and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyers

• Manage your sales pipeline, calendar, appointments, and daily activities efficiently

• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team development to continuously improve your skills

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Confident using CRM systems, real estate technology, and digital sales tools
• Highly organized with strong follow-up, time-management, and pipeline management skills
