- Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing
- Guide clients through home searches, financing options, and purchase decisions
- Maintain consistent communication using CRM systems and structured follow-up processes
- Convert buyer appointments into closed transactions through strong relationship-building
- Deliver an exceptional client experience that leads to referrals and repeat business
- Conduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyers
- Manage pipeline, schedule, and daily appointments efficiently
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team development meetings
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Ideal candidates will have:
- An active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
- Excellent organization and follow-up discipline
- A coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindset
- A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
