What You’ll Do

• Meet with motivated homebuyers and guide them through the home-buying process
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Follow up consistently to nurture qualified buyer leads and convert opportunities into closings
• Manage your pipeline, follow-up, and appointments using our CRM and proven sales systems
• Host open houses and convert prospective buyers into clients
• Attend weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions

• Active Maryland Real Estate License required
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Full-time availability with a strong work ethic
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow
• Previous real estate sales experience preferred
