Responsibilities
- Guide buyers through every stage of the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of buyer opportunities to maintain a steady flow of potential clients.
- Develop strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' best interests.
- Convert leads into signed clients and closed transactions, contributing to your success and the team's growth.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and support, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Utilize proven systems for lead generation, follow-up, and closing to maximize your efficiency and success.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a real estate license in Georgia or currently hold one.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and build trust.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools for lead generation and follow-up.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting to achieve common goals.
Compensation
$112,000 - $225,000/year
