What You'll Do

• Meet with motivated homebuyers through team-provided appointments and leads

• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business

• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve your skills and production

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for a driven, client-focused Real Estate Buyer's Agent who is ready to grow their production with the support of a high-performing team.

• Active Maryland Real Estate License required
• Available to work full-time with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and real estate technology
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Strong team player who takes ownership and follows through
• Motivated to grow their real estate career, production, and earning potential
