You will work with luxury buyers while developing the skills needed to guide clients through every stage of the transaction, from initial consultations and private property tours to negotiations and closing. Working alongside experienced luxury real estate professionals, you will gain valuable exposure to high-end properties, market expertise, and the elevated level of service expected by discerning clients.
Through coaching, proven systems, and consistent hands-on experience, you will strengthen your communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills while learning how to create an exceptional client experience that leads to referrals and long-term business. Responsibilities
- Open houses
- Hunt for buyer leads
- Follow the team plan
- Set buyer appointments
- Lead follow-up
- Execute consultations
- BRE signed
- Close sales
- CRM and database mastery
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Qualifications
- A real estate license is required
- Sales experience
- Must live within daily driving distance of the office
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
Compensation
$155,000/year
