We are looking for an experienced, licensed real estate Broker Associate who wants to grow their personal real estate business while expanding their role in agent mentorship and office leadership. This opportunity offers rewarding commissions and is ideal for a professional who enjoys helping other agents improve their performance, sharing practical industry knowledge, and contributing to a collaborative real estate environment.

You will continue building your own client relationships, generating new business, and managing transactions while providing guidance to agents at different stages of their careers. Through coaching, business planning, and regular accountability, you will help agents improve their prospecting strategies, strengthen client conversations, develop effective follow-up habits, and create more consistent opportunities for production.

Working alongside office leadership, you will contribute to agent development by supporting newer agents, sharing successful sales strategies, and helping experienced agents identify opportunities to expand their businesses. Your knowledge of contracts, negotiations, transaction management, and client representation will provide valuable guidance while allowing you to strengthen your own leadership and communication skills.

An important part of this opportunity is maintaining and growing your personal real estate production.
