• Handle residential and commercial real estate closings, including contract review, due diligence, title matters, and closing documentation.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial loan documents on behalf of borrowers, institutional and private lenders.

• Draft, review, and negotiate residential and commercial leases and related agreements.

• Advise clients on a variety of transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, ownership transfers, easements, and other property-related legal issues.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other transactional documents.

• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel to facilitate transactions and resolve issues efficiently.

• Manage assigned matters, deadlines, and client communications from inception through completion.

• Collaborate with legal assistants, administrative staff, and other members of the firm to ensure matters are handled efficiently and accurately.

• Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.

• Experience in transactional real estate law preferred; attorneys with strong relevant experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent legal writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines.

• Professional judgment, initiative, and a client-focused approach to practicing law.

• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
