We’re looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines, communicate with clients frequently throughout the process, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities

- Coordinate agent schedules to ensure the highest and best use of time
- Handle difficult situations in a tactful manner
- Consistently show the ability to recognize and deal with priorities
Qualifications
Additionally:
- A high school diploma or GED is required, preferably with some college experience.
- Knowledge of Google Suite and customer relationship management software.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Completion of the DISC profile is required for consideration (be sure to take the next step in the application process).
- Full-time, Monday - Friday.
- Compensation depends on experience.
Compensation
$40,000 - $40,000/year
