Real Estate Sales Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

You’ll receive coaching and mentorship from agents who are actively producing, along with proven systems for prospecting, sales, and client service. You’ll learn how to generate leads, build a client base, improve your sales conversations, and develop a stronger understanding of the real estate market through daily experience.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with buyers and sellers on real transactions while developing the skills and confidence needed to grow your business.

• Assist in generating leads and building a robust client base through proactive outreach and networking.
• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
• Participate in hands-on training sessions to enhance your understanding of the real estate market and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to gain insights and mentorship on effective client management and sales strategies.
• Utilize company-provided systems to streamline prospecting, sales, and client service processes.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system for seamless follow-up and service delivery.

• Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems for efficient client management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and supporting collective success.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with the Tucson, AZ real estate market is a plus, but not required.
