• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively guide clients through the real estate process.
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems enables you to maintain accurate records and streamline client interactions.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs, showing your commitment to continuous learning.
• Knowledge of the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Marietta real estate market or a strong desire to learn, providing clients with expert advice and insights.
