• Assist in generating new business by actively seeking out potential clients and networking opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to meet their needs.
• Learn and understand the transaction process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain insights and practical knowledge of the real estate industry.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and confidence in the field.

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with networking and building relationships with potential clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
