You don't need previous real estate or sales experience. Our team will teach you how to prospect for clients, schedule appointments, show properties, write offers, and manage transactions from start to finish.

You'll receive one-on-one mentorship from a top-producing team, step-by-step training, and a daily activity plan to help you develop your skills and stay productive.

We also provide transaction and administrative support so you can focus on working with clients.

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and experienced agents, fostering a supportive and learning-focused environment.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and build trust with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring smooth and successful real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and systems to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment.
