Arena Homebuyers is looking for a motivated and driven Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing team in Orlando.

This is a sales-focused position where you'll work directly with homeowners looking to sell their properties. Your job is to build relationships, understand sellers' situations, negotiate offers, and turn opportunities into signed contracts.

We generate the leads and provide the systems and support. We're looking for someone who can take those opportunities and turn them into deals.

• Meet with homeowners and negotiate real estate purchase agreements

• Manage and follow up with incoming leads

• Build relationships with sellers and understand their needs

• Evaluate properties, run comparable sales, and determine purchase offers

• Consistently work toward monthly contract and revenue goals

• Keep all leads and communication updated in our CRM (REsimpli)

• Work closely with our transaction coordination and dispositions teams to get deals closed

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Previous sales experience required; real estate experience preferred

• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Coachable, accountable, and willing to put in the work

• Reliable transportation and ability to attend appointments throughout Central Florida
