We’re looking for a motivated Acquisitions Sales Advisor to join a high-performing real estate team focused on growth, opportunity, and collaboration.
In this role, you’ll identify new property opportunities, build strong relationships with homeowners and investors, and help guide transactions from initial contact to close. You’ll work closely with top producers and benefit from shared lead systems, structured support, and a team-driven environment.
A real estate license is required, along with a results-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for someone ready to contribute, grow, and close deals within a team that values performance and partnership.

- Prospect for acquisition properties
- Follow the team plan
- CRM mastery
- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research

- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
