Responsibilities

Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
"Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice

Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

Qualifications

Must have current NC Real Estate License
Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
Show good organizational and time management skills

1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred

Compensation

$75,000 - $120,000/year
