Job Title: Acquisitions Specialist/Closer — Real Estate (Upside Commission)
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 yearly (upside commission: Top-Performers = $150,000+)
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-site/In-field)

Simple Quarters is a leading residential real estate investment company in Central Indiana. We buy 150–200 homes a year, and we're hiring one driven Acquisitions Specialist — our "Closer" — to sit across from sellers, build trust fast, and walk out with signed contracts. The leads are there. The systems are there. We just need the right person to turn conversations into deals.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base pay during your training ramp, then ceiling-free commission
- On-target Year-1 earnings of $80,000–$120,000 — no ceiling earnings
- Deal-volume bonuses, quarterly profit-sharing, and seller-finance/subject-to bonuses
- Year-end profit share

Responsibilities
- Meet with sellers face-to-face, negotiate confidently, and secure signed purchase agreements.
- Run both inbound and outbound calls, and attend field appointments to maximize opportunities.
- Close at least six purchase agreements monthly, with top performers achieving eight or more.
- Follow up diligently on warm leads and pending deals to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring a smooth handoff to the transaction team.
- Participate in daily huddles and weekly training sessions to continuously improve skills.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions, embodying our core values of humility, hard work, perseverance, and integrity.
- Keep accurate records in Salesforce and hand off cleanly to the transaction team

Qualifications
- A proven closer — hungry, resilient, and unfazed by "no".
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust in minutes.
- Experience in high-ticket sales or closing roles, such as real estate, wholesaling, or insurance.
- Ability to negotiate confidently and build trust quickly with sellers.
- Proven track record of closing at least six purchase agreements monthly.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Self-motivated and coachable, with a willingness to participate in daily huddles and training sessions.
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone with a good camera for field appointments.
- No real estate license required, but a background in real estate or wholesaling is a plus.
