We're hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Representative to work directly with homeowners, negotiate deals, and help us acquire more properties.

We provide the leads, marketing, CRM, and support. Your job is to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.

This is a sales-driven position with significant earning potential for someone who is motivated, competitive, and willing to put in the work.

You don't need to be a real estate expert to succeed here. We're looking for someone who knows how to sell, communicates well, and wants to be part of building a successful company.

• Work with company-generated leads from homeowners interested in selling their properties.

• Meet with sellers, build relationships, and negotiate real estate purchase agreements.

• Consistently follow up with leads and turn opportunities into signed contracts.

• Evaluate properties, analyze comparable sales, and determine competitive purchase offers.

• Manage your sales pipeline and keep accurate records in our CRM.

• Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue goals.

• Work closely with our transaction coordination and dispositions teams to get deals closed.

• Previous sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Highly motivated, competitive, and driven by performance-based compensation.

• Comfortable making calls, following up with leads, and handling objections.

• Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.

• Reliable transportation and ability to attend appointments throughout Central Florida.

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. We're willing to train the right salesperson.
