In-Person Real Estate Acquisitions Rep

We're hiring an in-person Real Estate Acquisitions Rep in the Jacksonville area. You'll work our inbound seller leads by phone in our CRM, then meet homeowners at their property to walk the house, build trust, and sign the deal at the kitchen table.

• It's demanding: you'll split your day between the phone and the road, so time and calendar management matter.

• You'll follow up relentlessly to move leads forward.

• Sellers may treat you like a vendor at first; you have to earn their trust in person.

• You need resilience and determination to succeed.

• This is a commission-based position: the more deals you create, the more you earn.

• At least 40 hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Saturdays and Sundays (offset with time off Mon–Fri).

• Call and text inbound seller leads in our CRM, and set appointments.

• Meet sellers in person at their homes across the Jacksonville area: walk the property, estimate repairs, and present offers.

• Sign purchase agreements with sellers, in person or electronically.

• Manage and nurture leads in our CRM and keep every interaction logged.

• Evaluate property values and estimate repairs with our tools.

• Attend team meetings and training sessions.

• Proven B2C sales experience, ideally in-home sales, real estate, roofing, solar, or similar.

• Comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face and building trust quickly.

• Lives in or near Jacksonville, FL.

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

• Strong time and calendar management; proficient with a CRM.

• Smartphone and reliable internet.

• Full-time commitment with no other jobs or side hustles.
