Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Associate

We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. - Outbound prospecting for real estate acquisitions in NV, AZ, TX, UT, and OH
- Willingness to set and achieve sales goals individually and for the team
- Successfully negotiate in-person property appointments using proven scripts
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Willingness to read books specifically proven to increase efficiency
- Experience using CRM software, and data tracking software, or willingness to learn
- Must be willing to set wealth-building goals as an individual and as a team
- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
