We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop a career within investment real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, connecting with property owners and investors, and learning how to evaluate real estate from an investment perspective.
You will learn how to uncover potential investment properties through outbound prospecting, database outreach, lead generation, and consistent follow-up. Through conversations with property owners, investors, and prospective sellers, you will develop the skills needed to recognize opportunities and build relationships that can lead to future transactions.
Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain practical experience with property analysis, investment strategies, offer preparation, negotiations, contracts, and transaction management. The focus is on learning how to evaluate opportunities and confidently move potential deals from the initial conversation through closing.
Through coaching, accountability, and consistent activity, you will continue building your investment knowledge while developing a valuable network of property owners, investors, and referral relationships that can support long-term business growth.

- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- A real estate license is required
- Good communication

- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
Compensation
$150,000 at plan
