We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Build and maintain relationships with potential sellers via phone, email, and in person
• Research and determine the appropriate price for each home
• Negotiate and sign contracts
• Collaborate and coordinate with a team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about sales, business, and/or real estate
• Naturally curious and takes initiative
• Eager to continuously learn and grow
• Proficient in computer skills, including most Microsoft Office programs
• Able to work independently and in groups
• Previous sales experience preferred
• CRM software experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required. College degree a plus
