We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career in investment real estate while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and uncovering opportunities that others may overlook.
You will learn how to identify off-market investment opportunities through consistent lead generation, seller conversations, and follow-up. Working alongside experienced real estate investors and professionals, you will develop the skills to recognize motivated sellers, evaluate investment potential, negotiate effectively, and help move opportunities from initial contact through closing.
With proven systems, coaching, and hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to investment strategies, acquisitions, and the day-to-day activities involved in sourcing and closing investment properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is driven, coachable, and excited to build a long-term career in the investment side of real estate.

Responsibilities
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
Qualifications
- Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions
- Ability to learn and coachable
- Sales experience
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Compensation
$140,000+ at plan
