Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Agent
Alpine Trust Properties • Remote
Posted 2 days ago
You’ve built your track record by taking on challenges most people avoid, and you want a sales seat where your income has no ceiling. Alpine Trust & Properties is hiring an Acquisitions Agent (1099 Contractor) to talk with Florida homeowners in tough situations, earn their trust, and get the deal signed and closed.
The right person for this role brings:
Experience in a role where your pay depended on what you brought to the table, whether that’s sales, customer service, real estate acquisitions, or something comparable
Comfort earning on commission only, with an income that rises and falls with the deals you close
Energy for spending most of your day on the phone, talking with homeowners you’ve never met
Experience navigating tough conversations, from negotiating price and calming upset customers to closing high-value deals
The resilience to keep pushing when calls go badly, deals fall through, or the week starts slow
The flexibility to work beyond a typical 9-to-5, including taking seller calls in the evenings or on weekends when a deal requires it
Alpine buys single-family homes across Florida and sells them to investors. Our marketing keeps seller leads coming in, and sellers often choose us over a higher offer because we close the deals we sign. That standard is high, and every agent here keeps it. You’ll qualify each lead, make the offer, and stay with the seller until the deal funds. This is investor-side work, making cash offers to homeowners in tough situations, which is a different world from traditional retail home sales.
This is a remote position working full-time hours on Eastern time.
WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE
The job is talking to homeowners. You qualify new leads from our marketing, take them through our sales process, and keep your pipeline moving in our CRM. Your first 30 days are on the dialer, calling homeowners already in our system, which teaches you objections and rejection fast before you move to warmer leads. When a seller is ready, you analyze the property with our comp process and rehab calculator, make an offer Alpine can close on, and stay with the seller through renegotiations and title delays until the deal funds, including the occasional evening or weekend call. New agents reach six contracts a month by month two and eight by month three, and our top agents sign ten or more.
WHO BELONGS HERE
Nobody needs to charge your batteries: you set your own pace on the phones and hold it without someone checking in.
When a deal stalls, you keep working it until it closes or you’ve tried everything you can think of.
Every number you give a seller is one you believe Alpine can close on, because the company’s word is the reason sellers pick us.
Getting 1% better every day matters to you, so you go to the call library and objection worksheets before waiting for someone to walk you through it.
Your teammates can count on you to own your results, without blaming the leads, the market, or dispositions when a month runs short.
PAY AND PATH
This role is commission-only, with no base salary. To help while you train, you receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus in each of your first two months, plus commission on anything you close in that window. After that, you earn 12% of the spread on every deal you close with upside earning potential, plus monthly bonuses for beating the contract target.
On our average deal, that’s about $2,400 per closed contract, and an agent closing six deals a month is already earning six figures. Earning potential runs to $150,000 and up. Larger spreads pay more, so as you sharpen your negotiating, your commission on each deal goes up with it.

Alpine Trust & Properties is a single-family real estate investment company built to make selling a house simple. Many of the homeowners we work with are dealing with a probate, a foreclosure, or a family situation, and regardless of the property’s condition, we buy for cash and close on the seller’s timeline. Our team works as a trusted advisor to every seller: we find the real reason behind the sale, make an offer we can stand behind, and see it through to closing. Sellers choose us over higher offers for that reason, and the investors who buy our properties count on our deals because they know the deals are real.
