We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a career within the acquisitions side of the real estate industry while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, analyzing properties, understanding investment metrics, and creating value through consistent prospecting and relationship building.
You will learn how to source potential opportunities through outbound lead generation, property research, and direct communication with homeowners. The focus is on uncovering off market opportunities, evaluating investment potential, and understanding the factors that influence acquisition decisions in changing market conditions.
As you gain experience, you will learn how to review property data, assess pricing, analyze margins, and determine whether an opportunity aligns with established acquisition criteria. You will also strengthen communication and negotiation skills while learning how to move opportunities from the initial conversation through contract and closing.
Working alongside experienced acquisitions professionals, you will receive ongoing coaching, practical training, and exposure to proven systems that support consistency and productivity. Through daily activity and real world experience, you will continue developing the discipline, organization, and decision making skills needed to succeed within an investment focused real estate niche.
This is a strong fit for an agent who enjoys numbers, prospecting, problem solving, and creating opportunities while building a long term business within the acquisitions side of real estate.

Qualifications
- Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
