This position is remote in Mexico

• Answer inbound calls for customers calling to receive cash or novation offers
• Identify high-equity, distressed, and opportunity-rich properties and qualify them to understand their motivation, timeline, and needs
• Master objection handling and confidently guide sellers toward the next steps
• Consistently fill the calendar with qualified appointments that convert into contracts
• Move leads through the pipeline with urgency and precision
• Maintain detailed CRM notes so every conversation builds momentum
• Execute multi-touch follow-up (calls, texts, emails) until a clear yes or no is achieved
• Track daily KPIs (calls, conversations, appointments set, contracts influenced)
