Radiologic Technologist Needed for Interventional Spine Clinic

Are you an experienced Radiologic Technologist looking for a flexible, rewarding 1–2 days per week position with the potential to transition to a full-time role in the future? Join our specialized spine and pain clinic in North Branch! We offer a competitive $40.00 – $46.00/hour rate in an environment focused on mentorship and advanced clinical care. You will work side-by-side with an experienced physician who will dictate precise C-arm angles and actively teach you new fluoroscopic techniques. If you take pride in your technical skills and want to learn advanced pain procedures in a connected, friendly clinic where patients are treated like family, this is the perfect opportunity.

  • Operate modern C-arm fluoroscopy to provide high-quality imaging for a wide range of spine, orthopedic, and pain management procedures.

  • Assist with advanced clinical interventions, including prolotherapy, SI joint fusions, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapies, and spinal cord stimulator (SCS) placements, as well as typical treatments like steroid injections and RF ablations.

  • Collaborate closely with our experienced physicians, who will dictate specific angles and teach new imaging techniques in real-time during procedures.

  • Assist the clinical team by drawing up medications and preparing procedure trays.

  • Start IVs prior to procedures (if you have prior IV training/certification).

  • Manage imaging worklist setups (PACS/RIS) to ensure a smooth, efficient daily schedule.

  • Help briefly turn over and sanitize procedure rooms between patients to keep the clinic running on time.

  • Work collaboratively with the entire clinic staff, stepping in to help wherever needed to ensure an excellent patient experience.

  • Active ARRT (R) certification in Radiography and current CPR/BLS certification.

  • Active Radiologic Technologist license/registration in the State of Minnesota (or immediate eligibility).

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of clinical X-ray/fluoroscopy experience (prior experience in a pain or ortho setting is a major plus, but we are happy to teach).

  • Prior experience or certification in starting IVs is a strong plus (but not strictly required).

  • Strong technical baseline with an eagerness to learn new procedures and imaging angles directly from the physician.

  • Warm, empathetic, and "patient-first" mindset with a strong team-player attitude.

  • Reliable and available to work 1 to 2 designated weekdays per week, with an interest in a potential future full-time role as the clinic grows.
