C&L Autobody is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control team member responsible for ensuring every customer receives a professional experience and every vehicle meets our quality standards before delivery.

The Quality Control position at C&L Autobody is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience from drop-off through delivery. This role will thoroughly check each vehicle, document the customer’s main concerns and quality rating, and communicate expectations clearly. At vehicle completion, the Quality Control team member will perform a final inspection to verify all repairs and workmanship meet C&L Autobody’s standards before the vehicle is approved for delivery.

• Meet with every customer at vehicle drop-off and conduct a thorough check-in.

• Document the customer’s primary concerns, vehicle condition, and requested repairs accurately.

• Capture a customer quality rating at drop-off and help ensure expectations are clearly communicated.

• Perform a detailed final inspection of every completed vehicle.

• Verify all repairs and workmanship have been completed properly and meet C&L Autobody’s quality standards.

• Identify any outstanding issues or corrections before the vehicle is released to the customer.

• Coordinate with technicians and management to resolve quality concerns promptly.

• Ensure vehicles are clean, complete, and ready for customer delivery.
