• Conduct thorough inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with technicians to identify and rectify any discrepancies in repair work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Document and report quality issues, providing actionable feedback to enhance team performance and maintain our reputation for excellence.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to verify the functionality of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) post-repair, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Coordinate with the production team to streamline processes, reducing turnaround times while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
• Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, contributing to personal and team growth.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures, reinforcing our commitment to superior craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in automotive quality control, with a focus on advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
• Ability to conduct detailed inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with technicians to resolve repair discrepancies.
• Strong skills in documenting and reporting quality issues, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
