Punch List Specialist – L. Brooke Homes (Princeton, NJ)

This is a hands-on role built for someone who takes pride in the finish — the kind of person who won't hand over a home until every last item is right.

What You'll Do:

• Own the pre-closing and final punch list process from start to finish
• Perform high-quality finishing work — trim, casing, base, built-ins, and detail work
• Install hardware, shelving, fixtures, and accessories
• Install residential appliances (ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, laundry)
• Identify and correct quality issues before client walkthroughs
• Coordinate with trade partners to close out finish and inspection items
• Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean, organized job site

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience executing punch lists and closeout work on residential projects
• Sharp eye for detail and a high personal standard for quality
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents
• Accurate measuring skills and solid math fundamentals
• Proficient with construction tools and materials
• Valid NJ driver's license required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
