Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner — Flourish Together Therapy

Flourish Together Therapy is based in Phoenix and Scottsdale, with a growing Washington State team and 11 clinicians providing individual, couples, adolescent, and family therapy. We're grounded in authenticity, inclusivity, and a genuine commitment to progressive, client-centered care. The client base is growing fast, and so is the need for psychiatric support alongside therapy. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who wants more than just a caseload — someone who wants to be part of a collaborative team making a real impact across Arizona and Washington.

This is a chance to build a psychiatric program from the ground up within an already-thriving practice, with full clinical autonomy, a dedicated billing and admin team handling the paperwork, and a culture that genuinely protects work-life harmony.

Compensation & Schedule

• $80 per billable hour

• Minimum of 15 hours per week; 20–25 hours per week welcomed

• In-person in Scottsdale, AZ and/or hybrid for virtual care

• Open to W2 for the right candidate, with benefits available for W2 employees

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments

• Develop and manage medication treatment plans

• Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care

• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians on integrated treatment plans

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) license in Arizona (bonus if you're also licensed in Washington as we have a lot of clients there too!)

• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

• Current DEA registration

• Experience in psychiatric/mental health settings preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A collaborative, patient-centered approach to car
