• Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises
• Doing property inspections
• Performing move-in and move-out inspections
• Answering tenants' and owners' questions and concerns
• Dispatching contractors and following up on the progress
• Collect and adjust the rent
• Communicate and update the team on new and ending contracts

• MUST have 1-3 years of management experience
• Active Real Estate Licensed
• Proficient computer skills
• Great at handling tenants
