OPENING SOON | PRESCOTT, ARIZONA

We're bringing a newly renovated, 33-room boutique hotel to life in Prescott, Arizona, with an anticipated opening in late 2026/early 2027. We're looking for an exceptional, hands-on Property Manager to help launch the property and lead daily operations.

IMPORTANT: This position is physically located in Prescott, AZ—not Phoenix. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Prescott. This is not a live-on-property position.

This is not a traditional Monday–Friday, behind-the-desk management position. You'll lead the onsite team, oversee housekeeping and guest experiences, maintain exceptional property standards, and jump in wherever needed. One moment you may be coaching an employee, the next inspecting or cleaning rooms, helping with laundry, resolving a guest concern, or coordinating a repair.

With centralized reservations and guest communication support, your primary focus is making sure the property, team, and guest experience run exceptionally well.

We're looking for a leader who takes ownership—not someone who simply delegates responsibilities. You'll have the opportunity to help build the team, establish operational standards, and shape the guest experience from day one.

Hospitality doesn't operate on a 9-to-5 schedule, and neither does this position. Weekend, holiday, evening, and occasional late-night availability are essential.

• Own daily hotel operations: Oversee the performance of our 33-room boutique property, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, guest satisfaction, property presentation, and operational efficiency.

• Lead and work alongside your team: Hire, train, schedule, coach, and hold Assistant Property Managers and housekeeping staff accountable. Personally assist with room cleaning, laundry, and operational tasks when needed.

• Own room readiness: Review reservations and housekeeping schedules at the beginning and end of each shift, adjust assignments as necessary, and ensure every room is cleaned, inspected, and guest-ready before check-in.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences: Respond to guest concerns, resolve issues promptly, coordinate with our centralized reservations team, and follow through until problems are fully resolved.

• Maintain the property: Conduct daily inspections, identify maintenance needs, coordinate repairs and vendors, and ensure rooms, grounds, common areas, and furnishings meet our standards.

• Manage personnel, inventory, and accountability: Maintain effective coverage, oversee linens and supplies, control unnecessary expenses, and ensure accurate shift handoffs and completed assignments.

• Help launch and grow the property: Participate in pre-opening preparations, establish efficient operating routines, support team development, and continuously improve the guest experience and operating performance.

• 3+ years of hands-on leadership experience in hotels, boutique hospitality, housekeeping operations, vacation rentals, or related property operations preferred.

• Proven ability to lead, train, coach, schedule, and hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive, team-oriented environment.

• Willingness and physical ability to perform active, hands-on work, including room inspections, housekeeping assistance, laundry, and routine property tasks.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing operational demands without losing follow-through.

• Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to resolve issues independently and escalate appropriately.

• Availability to work a flexible, nontraditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and occasional late-night guest or property needs.

• Must be able to work on-site in Prescott, Arizona, and be comfortable using hotel reservation systems, digital communication tools, and operational checklists.
