Rovira Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of approximately 120 residential properties throughout Kissimmee and the greater Orlando area. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and keeping tenants, owners, vendors, and properties moving forward.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40,000-$50,000 annually based on experience

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties, overseeing day-to-day operations

• Handle leasing activities, including listings, showings, applications, leases, and notices

• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, technicians, and repairs from start to finish

• Conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections with thorough documentation

• Maintain clear communication with owners and tenants regarding property needs, repairs, pricing, and issues

• Stay ahead of competing priorities, solve problems independently, and keep properties running smoothly

• 3+ years of hands-on residential property management experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, highly preferred

• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through

• Self-directed and comfortable managing a portfolio with minimal supervision

• Reliable vehicle, valid Florida driver's license, and willingness to spend significant time in the field

• Proficient with Buildium, PropertyMeld, RentEngine, HappyCo, Sentry, and Monday.com
