Description
As a single-family residential property manager within our company, you'll be responsible for all maintenance, tenant relations, owner relations, and new property sign-ups. This position requires a Colorado Real Estate broker's license. Our company is family-owned and operated an experienced manager to take over an existing portfolio. You will have all the tools to be successful in your role.
If you have experience in Appfolio, Microsoft Products, PropertyMeld, Leadsimple, Etc, this is a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes
- Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property
- Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants
- Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
Qualifications
- Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
- Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
Compensation
$60,000 - $60,000/year
