Hybrid – Office and Remote. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Director of Property Management to lead and oversee our residential property management operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, maintaining strong owner and tenant relationships, supporting the property management team, and implementing systems that improve productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction. This is a hybrid position that requires the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong presence in the office and being available for property visits, team meetings, and client needs as required.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the property management division and ensure established procedures are followed.
Supervise, support, and hold property managers and team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance.
Establish operational standards, workflows, deadlines, and performance expectations.
Monitor the property management portfolio to ensure tasks, maintenance requests, renewals, inspections, and owner communications are handled promptly.
Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and service quality.
Train team members and ensure they use company systems and technology effectively.

Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly
Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals
Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth

Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
