Why Join Us?
For over 45 years, we’ve built a reputation as one of Colorado’s most respected property management companies. We don’t just manage properties - we improve the lives of residents and real estate investors through property management solutions.

We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in helping prospective residents through the leasing process while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Leasing Team.
You’ll communicate with prospective residents, process rental applications using tried-and-true, proven screening criteria, coordinate lease signings, and help ensure our vacant properties are rented promptly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates well both verbally and in writing, enjoys working with people, and can confidently manage responsibilities within an established process.
What We Offer:
Paid Time Off
401(k) with company matching
Health benefits possible beginning in 2027
Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment
A strong, healthy workplace culture
Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote each week)
Starting at $20/hour, based on experience, plus monthly team leasing commission. Historically, commissions for this position have totaled approximately $8,000-$9,000 annually, bringing the estimated total annual compensation to approximately $49,600-$50,600 at the starting hourly rate.
Process rental applications, including reviewing documentation and approving applications based on established rental criteria.
Coordinate the lease-signing process and help ensure a smooth transition from approved applicant to new resident.
Coordinate lockboxes and property signage for vacant properties as needed.
Respond to prospective resident inquiries by phone and email in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Support the Director of Leasing by preparing for and participating in a recurring weekly vacancy meeting.
Maintain accurate records and follow established leasing procedures and timelines.
Work collaboratively with the Leasing Team to help keep vacant properties moving toward a successful lease.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
We’re looking for someone who is:
Ethical, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Friendly and approachable, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Confident yet humble, with a positive and likable personality.
Comfortable working independently while following established processes.
