Oak Tree Home Buyers, a strategic real estate investment company, is looking for a real estate market maker in the Conyers area to round out our operation.

In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads (inbound), as well as sourcing your own (outbound) for a larger commission.

We invest $8,000-$10,000 per month in marketing to feed your pipeline. Work in the field, set your own schedule, and crush your goals. Past real estate sales are NOT a prerequisite.

Whether you’ve sold software, shoes, ice to Eskimos, etc., we are looking for the best salesperson in the Conyers area to put our strong financial backing into your success.

This is a flexible position that offers the ability to produce a large income for you. The more effective you are, the bigger your paycheck will be each month. Your success depends on you.

• Initial call and review (after being pre-vetted by our lead intake)

• Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting

• Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques to 'always be closing'

• Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field
