As we grow, we are looking for a proven Project Manager / Job Superintendent to join our team and take full ownership of field operations across our active project portfolio. This is not a desk job — this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, commands the respect of trade partners, and holds the bar high on quality and accountability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Supervise all active project sites daily, ensuring subcontractors are on task, on schedule, and meeting the company's quality standards

• Lead pre-construction planning — review drawings, budgets, and schedules before mobilization and flag any concerns early

• Coordinate all trades and suppliers, including proactive follow-up at 7, 3, and 1 day prior to each scheduled activity

• Review and approve all subcontractor invoices and supplier POs weekly; track every cost category against the approved budget

• Enforce site cleanliness, professionalism, and safety standards as non-negotiable conditions on every project

• Assess and resolve field issues independently — bringing solutions, not just problems, to the office

• Manage owner-requested changes in the field from documentation through change order submission and execution

• Submit daily project logs with photos and weekly progress reports, and meet with the Principal twice per week to keep the office fully informed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of field supervision experience in residential construction

• Proven track record on high-end custom homes or luxury renovation projects ($500K+ project values)

• Deep knowledge of all residential construction trades, sequencing, and building systems

• Experience reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings

• Familiarity with Philadelphia-area building codes, permit processes, and inspection requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency with project management and communication tools (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
