As the Project Manager for Business Expansion, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives designed to grow the company as we look to enter new geographical areas. You will align projects with strategic goals, manage budgets and cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure timely, compliant, and successful delivery.

• Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Execution & Monitoring: Lead projects from initiation to deployment, tracking progress against milestones and managing timelines.
• Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Market Analysis & Risk Mitigation: Conduct feasibility studies, identify market opportunities, and manage risks to prevent project delays.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, executives, and external vendors to ensure communication and alignment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all expansion activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements in new markets.

Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, market expansion, or strategic planning - preferrably working with a law firm
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Travel: Willingness to travel for on-site expansion activities.
