Are you a hard-working, process-driven painter searching for a new opportunity at a growing company? You might be a great fit for our team. Our full-time painter performs a variety of tasks such as surface preparation, sanding down old paint, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint colors, and painting vacant homes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking with management to understand their needs. Ideally, you have experience with a variety of paint surfaces and materials, and are comfortable using hand and power tools to get the job done. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Responsibilities

Treat painted surfaces with primer or sealer
Secure trim, fixtures, floors, and furniture from paint using drop cloths
Clean up work area once project is finished
Fill holes and cracks with putt, and sand away old paint to prepare surfaces for painting

Qualifications

2+ years work experience and completed apprenticeship is preferred, but not required
A high school diploma or GED is preferred
Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail
Experience with painting tools and techniques is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates
Valid driver’s license required
