This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $40,000 - $45,000, with work hours from Monday to Thursday, giving you a 3-day weekend every week! • Operate machinery and equipment efficiently to carry out production tasks at Northland Companies Insulation, Monuments, Supply in Longville, MN, US
• Work in a team environment, supporting colleagues and working towards a common goal
• Uphold quality and safety standards by strictly following standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Inspect and package finished products according to specified guidelines to ensure high-quality product delivery
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized work area at all times for efficient workflow
• Collaborate with team members at Northland Companies Insulation, Monuments, and Supply to achieve production targets and meet deadlines

• Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 35 lbs

• Possess detail-oriented skills as evaluated through an assessment process

• Have reliable transportation to commute to work

• Demonstrate the ability to follow directions effectively

• A basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting is required
